Allweb has been one of the leading Cambodian IT companies since 2004. We are specialized in offshore software development, but also aim to address emerging needs in Cambodia as its companies are maturing: our goal is to participate in the emergence of a local high-end software development market.

Our customers range from start-ups to large corporate companies. We have experience and methods to either design and develop extensible solutions from scratch or integrate seamlessly with other teams’ development efforts.

Team and processes

Our operational team currently comprises 35 developers, supervised by experienced project managers. The language we use for our day-to-day work and in most of our documents is English, but project management and customer relationship is either done in English or French.

Don't trust our name: we are by no means limited to the average "web software"! In fact, most of the components we've built for years implement complex business logic independently from deployment considerations. The actual end-user interface (web, desktop or both) generally is the starting point of our software design processes, but in the end it is only one part of a given application - a part which can be extended or replaced, like any other.

To guarantee the expertise of our teams, we manage our own training center:

• Every candidate developer has to prove his capacity and involvement for some time in our training center, while getting familiar with our processes and projects
• Our human resource management processes imply a continuous training programme for every developer, allowing us to keep up with emerging technologies.

Allweb operational processes are documented and quantified according to the Capacity Maturity Model Integration international standard of software development quality.
